Theme and Variations from Fornasetti


Atelier Fornasetti recently announced new additions to the ever-popular Theme and Variations series, including this tattoo version.
The theme and variations series was based on an image found in a 19th century french magazine, The image was of Lina Cavalieri, looking as enigmatic as the Mona Lisa. Over 350 variations of the design were produced.

Carlo Moretti is one of the last remaining family-based artisan factories still based on the island of Murano. Each year the company designs and introduces new extensions to their popular I Diversi stemware. Each is limited in production and signed.

Hand Soaps by Marie Gardeski


One of our favorite new gift additions this year has been these hand soaps by Cranbrook graduate Marie Gardeski.
Featured in the New York Times, the soaps are made with natural glycerin and e sold as a package of about 100 grams. all are handmade and different; they range from .5" to 2" in height and are packaged in an organza bag.
Each bag ontains about 10 hands. lightly scented.
due to the handmade nature of this item packages vary in selection.
Unicahome has an extremely limited supply of these soaps shipping in early December.

Projects Watches


New watches from Projects have been added. Since 1992, Projects has produced a series of watches from noted architects and designers such as Michael Graves, Stanley Tigerman, and Laurinda Spear.
The watch shown above, Iridium, is by Daniel Will-Harris, a noted graphic designer. Iridium has an all white lens crystal with blue (hour) and red (minute) revolving numbers that change to purple as the minute passes over the hour under the opaque lens.
Mr. Will-Harris has also designed the Reveal watch.
