skujeniece and elsinga designed a family of ceramic bowls inspired by the diabolo. the irregular decorations offer a subtle contrast with the symmetry of the product. each piece is comprised of two joined bowls, so it can also be used upside down.
skujeniece & elsinga are two dutch designers based in amsterdam. mara skujeniece designs ceramic products and interior accessories, she combines working as independent designer with teaching at the design academy in the netherlands while roel-jan elsinga works at marcel wanders studio as well as independent. this is a project in cooperation with royal goedewaagen in the netherlands.
