grinding red pepper is an apparently simple operation that should be done with hands and not with a knife, but in this case the hands would absorb the irritating substance with possible problems of further contamination. “piccantino” brilliantly resolves the problem with a container of soft silicone closed with a little plastic grate and a cap of stainless steel. the red pepper gets placed in the silicone container in which the operation can be completed without the fingers coming in contact. after this operation with a little pressure, you can apply the grate with two different sized holes to spill the ground red pepper in the desired quantity using the smaller hole or the large hole. after use, before putting it away, you cover the grate with the stainless steel cap that, other than hygienically protecting the tool, completes the red pepper shape.
