two versions of a great chair; the original 3-legged costes chair, designed in 1982, has a black painted tubular steel frame with a bent plywood shell. the 4-legged king costes, designed in 1992, has a polished die-cast aluminium frame with a bent plywood shell.
the costes chair shell is available in a mahogany or ebonized oak finish with the seat covered in black leather. the seat is constructed of polyurethane foam and is a fixed cushion.
there are two versions of the king costes chair - a walnut finish with beige leather cushion and the ebonized oak shell with black leather cushion. the seat is constructed of polyurethane foam and is a fixed cushion.
