the classic tac 02 dinnerware dating from 1969, in which functionality and individual form are smoothly combined, introduced the dynamic gold version in 2008. the golden décor both emphasizes the classical form and illustrates the semi-circle concept. the tea service is also lent a noble note with the gold optic option on the tea pot, sugar bowl, creamer, & service plate. the gold optic is made possible by the unusual titanium plasma metallization technique. this technology originated from the space research field and has been further enhanced by rosenthal for porcelain processing. all pieces are white with gold accents unless otherwise specified.
