designed by metz & kindler, the new patent-pending tea timer takes all the complication out of preparing tea. simply fill with water and tea leaves and set timer. once the brewing time is expired, the valve will open and the tea will flow into the tea pot below. using the timer keeps the tea from brewing too long or developing any bitterness & allows you to customize tea to suit your personal taste. in addition, the ultra-finely woven strainer will hold back even the smallest tea leaves and is suitable for any variety of tea.
note: tea timer is not limited to wmf tea pots, but fits onto most standard tea pots.
