the silo plates and bowls are made of pyrex glass and rest upon silicone insulating rings. the silicone ring on the bowls may be rotated depending on what angle you want the bowl to rest upon. these innovative silicone rings are non-slip and are great insulators, they allow you to put very hot foods on your dishes without any risk of damaging your tablecloth. all items come in sets of two.
