vico magistretti redesigned his gaudi chair from 1970.

“the new gaudi was a rediscovery for him. i remember the joy in his eyes as we were delivering the first model – which, as usual, had to be lifted through the window of our office. a masterpiece of italian design was coming back to life in a new form but as if it had always existed. vico was always seeing something different and thinking about new projects”, says paolo imperatori, who worked closely with him for four years.

made from one piece injection molded polymer, the new gaudi chair can be used indoors or outdoors.
