after a long search for the right frame, harry found this victorian beauty in his brother hale’s closet. hale, a philadelphia painter, was given the frame by a friend. cast in polyester resin, it takes on new life as a frame for a 4” x 6” photograph. its high relief brings deserved importance to everyday images.
