you wouldn’t think of kitchen utensils – like, oh, say, i don’t know, cheese graters – as being on the bleeding edge of design. but that’s why you come to unicahome, because we find the good stuff… like ego’s cheese grater.

this grater is big – almost a foot tall – and with commensurately long sides. you can shave off loooooong slices or lots of coarsely or finely shredded food with one sweep.

it comes with a tray made of corian. corian is the hard, smooth material that’s used in kitchen and bathroom counters, and for much the same reason it’s used here: it won’t hold food stains or smells. so bring on your stinkiest cheeses! this grater can handle them!
