designed by metz and kindler product design, the smarTea (get it?) tea pot takes the idea behind the concept tea pot one step further by adding a tea pot warmer, consisting of a tea light set into the stainless steel base. the warmer helps heat the water, aiding the brewing process, and the wire mesh infuser in the center contains the loose tea leaves. be sure to only partially fill the infuser in order to allow the tea leaves to expand for ideal brewing. not for stovetop use.
