the plana almost looks like a mechanical orchid sprouting from the ceiling. the blown satin glass diffuser hugs the stamen-like lacquered metal stem, as if protecting precious pollen. the 360-degree swivel-action mechanism allows light to be directed wherever needed.
the diffuser is in blown satin glass, white inside and colored outside.
