Pott -
model 32 cutlery by carl pott for pott of germany
the model 32 pattern, introduced in 1973, is one of pott’s lightest and most delicate patterns. one of the key characteristics is the thumb shaped indentation at the end of each handle. the grace and lightness of each piece in this collection make it a favorite for those with smaller hands. due to the smaller size of this design, there is no separate dessert cutlery. available in 18/10 stainless steel.
pott was founded in 1904 by carl hugo pott in solingen, germany. his son, carl pott, joined the company in 1932 and established their reputation as a manufacturer of fine cutlery. the highest production standards, over 100 years of flawless pedigree, and handcrafted exclusive flatware & accessories have made the pott name a mainstay for connoisseurs around the world. contrary to the flatware’s modern appearance, their production method almost seems archaic. before it ends up in your hands it has gone through the hands of master craftsmen & artisans, who work each piece until it has satisfied pott’s strict quality requirements. their handcrafted processing techniques have been passed down & refined over the decades and could not be replicated by computerized equipment.
