the switchit silcone batter spatula has a hole to aerate and mix more thoroughly. its assymetric shape allows it to function well in an pot, pan or bowl. the frost version has an interesting pattern viewable through the silicone (see image). the stain-resistant silicone exterior is heat-resistant to 650ºF/350ºC, and the hardened steel core provides rigidity. dishwasher-safe.
