the newest version of the mami cookware comes in a perfectly rounded form and a low price, making them great for yourself or as a gift. the new version is cold-cast instead of die-cast like the original version, and the magnetised steel bottom allows them to distribute heat efficiently from the source. they are made of non-stick aluminum. the steamer basket is the latest addition to the series, and it can be used on all of the pans that have a 9.5" diameter.
