coltellerie berti was founded as an artisan workshop by david berti in 1895. it is located in the tuscan countryside, 25 miles north of florence, italy. currently owned by his great grandson andrea, berti knives are still handmade the way they were in 1895, with each knife crafted from start to finish by one, and only one, italian artisan.
