coltellerie berti was founded as an artisan workshop by david berti in 1895. it is located in the tuscan countryside, 25 miles north of florence, italy. currently owned by his great grandson andrea, berti knives are still handmade the way they were in 1895, with each knife crafted from start to finish by one, and only one, italian artisan.
this cigar cutter is a guillotine desk knife with an elm base. it can accommodate two different cigar diameters and is an attractive addition to any desk or bar. it’s a cigar cutter french revolution style. berti is offering the castrino with a natural ox horn handle and 420b stainless steel blade. total length is 6.9” with a blade length of 2.4”.
