designed by krups. the XP 4050 is a programmable 15 bar pump driven espresso machine that makes cafe quality espresso, cappuccino and lattes. the push button programming is easy to use and customizes size and strength of the espresso and controls the steam and hot water functions. it has a die-cast stainless steel lined thermoblock heating element that ensures the espresso will be made at the perfect temperature and pressure. the froth nozzle mixes steam and air precidely to make a perfect froth. the removable water tank is also easy to clean and fill. the filter holder can accomodate both grounds and e.s.e. pre-portioned pods. it also comes with filter basket storage for 3 pre-measured inserts including single, double or e.s.e. pods.
