the segno fixed and modular sofa series designed by carlo colombo for cappellini in 2001.
the segno sofa series consists of an armchair and both fixed and modular sofas. the satined nickel plated aluminum base with nylon feet supports a steel, wood and plywood frame with elastic belts and multi-density polyurethane foam padded upholstery. the removable external covers are available in a choice of colorful cappellini fabrics or leathers.
three additional backrest cushions are recommended for the left and right elements (SE/11 and SE/12).
cleaning is a simple process as the external cover is easily removable and replaceable. spare covers are available in case of accidental damage to the originals or can be ordered in a choice of different colors and fabrics for a little variety or occasional change in decor.
