the basket sofa series designed by ronan & erwan bouroullec for cappellini in 2005.

kudos to the designers of this marvellous series which includes a wide armchair, two and three seat sofas and two sizes of poufs. the 'basket' frame is made of metal and varnished in a choice of white, red or blue matte. the 'basket' contains a double set of feather-filled cushions with removable external covers which are available in a choice of cappellini fabrics or leathers.

cleaning is a simple process as the external cover is easily removable and replaceable. spare covers are available in case of accidental damage to the originals or can be ordered in a choice of different colors and fabrics for a little variety or occasional change in decor.
