the name of this glass ring suggests something from the pages of a fantasy novel – it sounds a little epic and unreal. and for once, you have something that lives up to it's name.
‘dacroniq’ certainly stands out, even among orfeo's already unique creations – the colors sustain deep, rich, mysterious hues; it’s unique, rounded jewel shape almost resembles the form of an eye; and then there is the explicit attention to detail, such as the subtle patterns etched into the side.
while three color options are available, keep in mind that each object from orfeo is handmade, and therefore some slight variation in color, tone, opacity, and size will occur. what this means to us is that every single individual piece is unique - no two are exactly alike.
orfeo quagliata is the son of renowned glass artist narcissus quagliata and grew up on an artist commune in san francisco. today, he lives and works in mexico city where he produces these unique glass designs.
