the pots and pans collection is constructed with 18/10 stainless steel with an aluminum and AISI 430 magnetic steel radiating base. They feature glazed interiors, and polished exteriors, the handles are spot-welded to the pots and are made of .16" thick 18/10 stainless steel. a wide internal radius of the base yields greater cooking performance while a flared rim allows pouring of foods and liquids.
the handles allows the lid to be lifted with a wooden spoon. additionally, the 8" and 9.5" pots, 6.3", 8" and 9.5" two handled saucepans, and the milk boiler come with measures on the inside wall to measure liquids.
this collection is dishwasher safe and suitable for use on induction, gas and electric stoves, and ovens.
