the lagos public seating system was designed for artifort by nel verschuren in 1983. this elegant and durable public seating system features seats of perforated steel plate with cast aluminum frames. these units guarantee an optimum balance between weight and strength. the lagos is especially designed for places where durable, almost indestructible construction has to be combined with an attractive appearance, such as airport departure lounges, theatre foyers and banks. the lagos is available in an optional rust-preventing coating and can optionally be equipped with floor fixation devices and intermediate connector arms. different styles of end tables may also be ordered and attached to the lagos (tables are delivered unassembled).
