this clever concept is tape with a soccer ball imprint. another variation on the original 'do' tape concept by guixe, the idea is to make a soccer ball or similar (buckminsterfullerball?) wherever or whenever you would like. according to mr. guixe, the tape ball works better if stuffed with sports magazines. we tend to agree, but suggest shredding the magazines as well.

marti guixe is one of our favorite non-designers among designers. guixe's work is conceptual, whimsical, and usually has a deadly undercurrent of seriousness. we wish we could collect marti's work with vigor. most of the time we have to just collect and chew on his concepts. have fun with this while it is available.
