the tokyo soft sofa designed by tokujin yoshioka and put into production by driade in 2002. yoshioka has worked with many large companies, like nissan, who desire his minimal designs and his willingness to experiment with materials. the tokyo soft sofa has a polyethylene inner structure covered with cotton padding and covered with fabric upholstery or fixed leather upholstery. there are two different fabric choices; trevira and wool, both fabrics having various color options. an additional removable cover is available in wool or trevira.
