designed by eva solo, the grater is both a vertical-standing and a hand-held horizontal utensil. two different grating plates grates cut everything from nutmeg to cucumbers. the grating plate is graduated, making it possible to do both fine and course grating on the same plate. full access to the backsides of the plates make cleaning simple and easy. the vertical grater has a detachable leg which, when turned around, becomes a firm handle to hold over pots and bowls. stainless steel, dishwasher safe. both plates included.
