created for the St. Martin's Lane hotel in London in 2002 by Philippe Starck, the Tooth stool is relaunched this year with new finishes. Tooth has been often quoted as the perfect example of biomorphic design. Its unconventional shape also creates many manufacturing challenges that, as often the cast at xO, have been solved through the adaptation of technologies borrowed from the automotive industry.
