the talo suspension/wall lamp was designed by neil poulton for artemide between 2001 and 2002. designed for direct and indirect fluorescent lighting, this useful lamp features an upper and lower diffuser of transparent polycarbonate, and a body of extruded aluminum with end caps in white or metallic grey epoxy powder finish. the ceiling canopy is of white molded thermoplastic and steel and incorporates a 120v fluorescent ballast. the catamaran model is a talo suspension with two light sources instead of the singular one that the regular talo suspension possesses. the suspension and catamaran styles both come with four body supporting teflon coated cables and the wall version can be mounted directly to a rigid wall surface. the wall and suspension models are available in five sizes. the catamaran is available in two sizes.
