baby zoo rugs with goodnight night lights by laurene boym. for baby zoo, boym has designed a series of rugs which incorporate a unique nightlight for children of all ages. these rugs are woven of pure wool and dyed with vegetable dyes for brilliant, colorfast tones. a six inch circle is incorporated into each design, where a unique low profile nightlight sits to illuminate the rug, offering low level light and comfort to young and old alike. the light comes from six led's within the unit and may be switched to either blue or amber. the battery operated unit is cordless and includes a recharger. it has a mirror finish disc on top and frosted plastic sides to diffuse the light. text & images by flos.
